Types of opportunities- We have extensive experience in working with clients to source and screen in the following areas: Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, Management, Engineering, I.T. and Administrative staff ( Executive to support)

 

Temporary/ Contract staffing provides you with qualified temporary employees for projects, peak periods, vacation coverage, emergencies and any other situation where extra help is needed but it simply doesn’t make sense to add to your full-time staff.  With a phone call to your local Creative Staffing office, the help you need can be on site within hours.

 

Contract-to-hire programs allow you to evaluate a workers skill and overall fit for your environment before you make a long-term commitment.  This plan gives you maximum hiring security by providing a test period to ensure that the fit is right.  When the test period is complete, if the customer and the employee are happy with the match, you simply hire the worker as a regular employee with no additional fees.

 

On-site staffing is provided to customers with long-term specialized needs for a large group of employees.  This type of “vendor-on-premise” service provides you with management of the temporary workforce and accompanying human resource coordination by Creative Staffing.  Through a detailed needs assessment process a specific program is designed and can be as limited or extensive as desired by you, our client.
